Do you provide service contracts?

No. However, we do provide quotes for any work which is required and would only proceed after receiving customer approval.

Do you provide parts and labor warranty?

Yes we do.

How soon can I get the car back?

We aim to return the vehicle to the customer as soon as possible. However, vehicle will only be returned after repairs have been carried out to the highest standard and the vehicle properly tested.

How much do you charge for a normal/full service?

Service charges differ from vehicle to vehicle. For full details click here 

What is your hourly rate?

AED 200 per hour is our current labor rate. This is subject to change at the discretion of the management at any given time. *Please note: this rate is subject to an additional 5% VAT. 

Do you provide roadside assistance, in case of a flat tyre or a dead battery?

No we don’t, but at a pre agreed price, we can recover you to the nearest service center of your choice.

Do you maintain vehicle service history?

Service/repair history of all vehicles repaired or serviced by us are properly updated and maintained by us on our systems.

Do you give an estimate for the job?

Yes, we do. We make an estimate and get your approval before starting the job.

Do you charge for the estimate?

We don’t charge for the estimate, if we are carrying out the work. However there is a charge for the estimate if the work is not carried out by us (Minimum AED 200/-) plus VAT @ 5%

How can I pay for my repair/service bills?

We accept cash, all major debit cards and credit cards.  No extra commission is charged for any credit card payments.  Only corporate cheques are accepted.

Can you collect and deliver the car?

Yes we can, by prior arrangement and at a pre-agreed price.

Do you have a courtesy car?

Courtesy cars can be provided, subject to availability, by prior arrangement.

Do you repair/service all types of cars?

Yes, we do.

You do body works and insurance works?

Yes, we do.
