WHO WE ARE
A.A.A Services Center LLC is an independent specialist for Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles, established in Dubai in 1978. We are registered with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism as a proprietary concern owned by a UAE national, and we have been operating continuously from Dubai for over 48 years.
We are based at our workshop in Umm Ramool, Rashidiya, Dubai. This is where you will find us, and this is where we do our best work on Land Rovers, Range Rovers, and all types of vehicles driven by the people of this city.
We are not an authorized dealer. We are something different — a team of specialists who have spent decades learning these vehicles inside and out, with no manufacturer pricing structure to answer to and no interest in anything other than fixing your car properly and telling you the truth about it.

Our Story
AAA was founded in 1978 in Dubai with a straightforward aim: to look after motorists properly, at a fair price, with expertise you could rely on. In a market where good independent workshops were hard to find, that was worth something. Forty-eight years later, it still is.
Over the decades, we have grown our team, invested in equipment, and kept pace with every new Land Rover and Range Rover model as it arrived in the UAE. But the fundamentals have not changed. We still raise a written job card for every vehicle. We still call the customer before doing anything that was not in the original quote. We still use genuine parts wherever we can. And we still believe that a customer who understands what was done to their car — and why — is a customer who comes back.

WHAT WE DO
Land Rover and Range Rover are our specialty. It has been since the beginning. We work on every model — from the earliest Series Land Rovers and classic Defenders to the current Range Rover Sport, Defender 110, and everything in between. Series Land Rovers and older models are something we know particularly well, and owners who bring us a vehicle that other garages have struggled with tend to find that we have seen it before.
We also service and repair all other vehicle types — 4WDs, saloon cars, light commercial vehicles, Jeeps, trucks, buses, and vans. Whatever you drive, if it needs attention, we can help.

When your Land Rover or Range Rover needs attention, the authorized dealer is not your only option—and for many owners, it is not the best one. As an independent specialist, we are not tied to a manufacturer’s labor rates or parts pricing. That means the same quality of work, the same genuine or OEM parts, and significantly lower costs.
Our technicians have spent decades working specifically on Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles. That depth of experience — knowing these cars, knowing what fails and why, knowing how to diagnose a problem accurately the first time — is what an independent specialist brings. It is harder to find than a franchised workshop and worth more when you do.
How We Work — What Every Customer Can Expect
- Your vehicle is met on arrival by a service advisor. A written job card is raised covering everything that needs attention — this takes around 10 minutes and nothing is missed.
- You receive an estimate before any work starts. For straightforward jobs this is written. For complex repairs requiring investigation first, we call, WhatsApp, or email you — whichever you prefer — once we have the full picture.
- If we find something additional during the repair, we stop and contact you immediately. We explain what we found, give you a revised estimate, and then only proceed with your approval.
- We use genuine Land Rover parts wherever possible. Where OEM quality equivalents are used, we tell you upfront. Pattern parts are only fitted if you specifically request and authorise them.
- When your vehicle is ready, we contact you. If you asked for collection and delivery, we bring it back to you. If you want a full rundown of what was done, ask — we keep the records and we are happy to go through them.
OUR TEAM
Our workshop team of 17 qualified technicians and supervisors brings together decades of hands-on experience with Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles specifically — knowledge built on the workshop floor, not in a manual.
We invest in training and keep up with new techniques and diagnostic technology as it develops — because Land Rovers keep evolving, and so do we.
We use specialist diagnostic equipment across all the vehicles we work on — including AutoLogic for Land Rover and Range Rover, Maxis Autel for general diagnostics and tyre pressure sensor (TPS) diagnosis and replacement across all makes, and Launch diagnostic systems for all other makes. We continue to update our capability as the vehicles demand it.
Gordon Ferguson brings over 40 years of experience in the global automotive industry, with 30 of those years spent working across the Middle East and Asia. His hands-on knowledge of Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles is extensive — built not in a classroom but on the workshop floor, across decades of real work on real vehicles in this part of the world. He understands how UAE conditions affect these cars, what goes wrong and why, and how to fix it properly. Gordon’s approach is straightforward: do the job right, tell the customer the truth, and charge a fair price. That is the standard he holds the team to every day. |
